The veneered, pine scantling
The scantling is produced of pine lamels, which are defects free of the following type: knots, the sapstain, the core, pitch pockets. The lamels dried up to the humidity of about 12% +/- 2%, are glued together in a three-layered system, with a waterproof glue, in compliance with the norm DIN 204 D-4.The external layers of the scantling possess vertical and half- vertical natural grain of wood. The scantling is produced in one thickness of 72 mm, in four widths : 86 mm, 105 mm, 115 mm, 145 mm and in two versions: joined ( micro-dovetails) and solid. The joined scantling is produced in the 4, 00 and 6, 00 m length. All layers of this scantling are joined lengthwise. The solid scantling is accessible in lengths from 0, 60 m to 3, 00 m, with the gradation of every 0, 10 m.The topcoats of this scantling are made of the solid wood. .
