Thanks to the use of the new paine sets with the low-emission paine and with the argon in the interpane space, the new windows gained better technical parameters than similar windows of other companies.

The heat transmition coefficient

cieplo.jpg (17010 bytes)The most major factor,which influences on the level of heat losses is the thermal insulating power of windows , qualified with a heat transmition coefficient "k", which expresses the quantity of the warmth, penetrating in the time unit through the building, having surface of 1 m2 at the temperature difference 1 degree of the Kelvin (W/m2K). The smaller value of the coefficient "k" means better heat-insulating proprieties of barriers. The norm PN 82/B-02403 divides the area of Poland into five climatic zones.

The admissible maximum values of the heat transmission coefficient for windows in the housing, contain within 2, 0-2, 6 W/m2K.

Two-pane sets with the low-emission glass, used in our windows serial, filled with the argon, possess the heat transmission coefficient k=1, 1 W/m2K.

 

The infiltration

Depending on the kind of the building, the part of glazing, the kind of used windows, heat losses are as follows :18 to 30% of the whole losses. Their size depends on the coefficient of the air infiltration (a), that is the penetrations through crevices between movable parts , that is between sashes, and closed-window-frame or French window. The infiltration coefficient "a" expressed in m3/(m*h*daPa2/3), qualifies how much of the air (in m3) penetrates through the crevice of inclose with the length of 1 m per hour.

Our products are characterized according to standards - the coefficient a=0, 5-1, 03/(m*h*daPa2/3), and the own testing laboratory makes possible the systematical inspection of the infiltration parameters of the serially produced windows.

So among other things windows are matched, considering acoustic conditions of the building, what is especially important in the case of large cities or the neighbouring of thoroughfares, airfields etc.

The acoustic insulating power of the objects is of great importance , that is the ability of the
builder′s barrier to the suppression of external sounds. It is characterized by the minimal indicators of the proper insulating power (Rin), expressed in decibels (dB). In the case of windows, this feature is conditioned by the coefficient of the air infiltration, the combination of the pane thickness, the distance between panes and the glass, which the panes were executed of.

The research made by the accredited acoustic laboratory, characterized produced by us windows in the following way:

2-pane 4T/16A/4 Rin=31 dB

For the special order, we offer windows with the higher acoustic parameters of the insulating power.

slonce.jpg (10822 bytes)It often appears the necessity of the protection of overheating interiors, in objects with the large part of paining.In this situation we recommend windows with the use of the absorptive glass, known on the market as the "Antisol" which thanks to the tinge of the transparent glass covering it with the repercussive layer, absorbs the important part of the heat energy and radiates it outside. For example: if the usual glass „float” with the thickness of 6 mm lets inwards 83 % of energy, the absorptive glass with the same thickness of only 58 %..

To objects, which require the special protection of property or people, such as schools, nursery schools, commercial centres , shop windows etc. we recommend windows with the use of the enlarged resistance to break and perforation glass, well-known as the safe anti-burglar glass.
