Chipboards

The chipboard is three-layered wood- material with a polished surface, made as a result of parts of wood (scobs) pressing, in condition of the high temperature and the pressure, with the use as binders of the carbamide- formaldehyde resins.

The internal layer is made of the thicker fraction scobs and the topcoats made of the very small and thin, flat scobs - microchips. Thanks to this, the surface is characterized with the low roughness and the large endurance for tearing the surface.

The use

Thanks to the surface values they can also be refined by covering with thin melamine films, lacquering and also sticking with the artificial and natural veneer.
